In our mission to spread more awareness about the dynamic abilities hidden beneath the world of autism, we unfolded the myriad colors of Autism through our Calendar 2020. Every month featured an artwork or a poem by our children. Good hearted people from all over the world supported us and the project was a big success.
Autism started a venture to train the needed life skills in the children. As a part of this venture, classes were conducted on weekends , which includes daily life skills, yoga, brain gym, craft, games and vocational training.
One day Trip
The members of Autism Club had a very happy outing at Heritage Methanam, Kumbalangi.
There were lots of fun, games, songs, delicious foodl.
We also held our club's general body meeting in the afternoon.
"Prerna" - home visit program
Autism Club, Ernakulam started a home visit program called “Prerna”, where a team of parents visit homes , sharing their worries , guiding them, spreading proper awareness and helping them in whatever way they can.
Pride day celebrations and family get-together
Autism Club, Ernakulam celebrated "Autism Pride Day" along with a family get-together at Hotel Novotel, Infopark, Kakkanad, It was a very memorable event with lot of fun , happiness and proud moments.

Autism Awareness Day 2019 was celebrated with lot of programs including an awareness walk at Lulu Shopping Mall, Edappally.
Art of Autism
In Association with LULU shopping mall, Edapally, Autism Club conducted an online exhibition at the Facebook page of LULU shopping mall, Edapally. 30 artists from all over the India participated in it and made the event a big success.
Class of AAC and Assistive Technology by Mrs Smrith Rajesh, Bangalore.
Smrithy Rajesh, a special educator and a parent from Bangalore took class on ‘AAC and assistive technology ‘ and ‘The role of parent as co-therapist’ on April 28th , 2019 at KMM College , Unichira.
Workshop on Teaching Personal Safety and Sexuality etiquette
Autism club found that a class on personal safety and sexuality etiquette is a must in our current society. Mrs Renu Singh from Enfold Proactive Health Trust, Bangalore took a session on basics of personal safety and sexuality etiquette for children with autism at KMM College , Unichira.
